Everett Signs On For NACC Golf Team

Ethan Everett (seated between parents Kathy and Jeff Everett) has signed a letter to continue his golf career at Northeast Alabama Community College. Standing are, from left, NACC Athletic Director Chad Gorham, President David Campbell and Head Golf Coach Darrell Kirk.

 

Everett is part of the first intercollegiate sports team that NACC has had in over 30 years. The team will compete on the national scale of the National Junior College Athletic Association. The NACC men's golf team will participate in their first event at Cross Creek Country Club in Cullman, Ala., Sept. 9-11. 

 

Ethan is a 2017 Dade County High School graduate. He played for the DCHS golf team and accepted his first letter of intent from Northeast Alabama Community College while a senior. He has worked for the Trenton Golf Club for over three years.

 

Ethan is starting his sophomore year at Northeast Alabama, working toward a bachelor's degree in computer science.
